Below are some quick guides to eating healthy and still keeping fit when eating at fast food. You have to understand these guidelines and practice them as long as you visit one.

1) Reduce diet soda: - ordering for oily meal and a diet soda adds more calories to the body.
2) Skip fries: - so many people just love the taste of fries. Leaving it will be a hard task it has no nutrient but fat and starch, so skip fries.
3) Take grilled meat: - instead of fried meat a much healthier way of cooking is grilled meat. If you have the option between grilled meat and fried meat go for grilled meat.
4) Do not go for excess: - more calories = more fat. The only food that fast food serves in excess is fries. Avoid eating excess.
When going for fast food, make an educated decision about the healthy items you should eat from the menu. In case you are not sure of what you should eat here are some guidelines
· Low fat dressing on salad
· Lay off fries
· Mind the portion(size) of the food you take
· Avoid the sugar i.e. Ice-cream
